Conformal coating

The tools for the conformal coating process are being used for the coating of the printed circuits, should they be done by manual dispensing spray or with an automatic dispenser. This process allows protection against various factors like humidity and chemical agents, thanks to an appropriate electrical insulation. The masks can significantly speed up the machining process, even if the PCB is not already provided with peelable cover and, in general, when there’s a need of having to protect electronic components or mechanical parts which would otherwise contaminated by the coating spray.
